Out of respect for food, I've never used car oil as chocolate or white paint instead of yogurt. It's too good to replace with anything else. Food can be compared to an actor who admittedly needs makeup and a good suit, but even without that, he's still a good actor.

The food costume can be a beautiful, attractive dish, and make-up-certain technical procedures that will help to prolong its freshness. Graduated from Olsztyn Warmian-Masurian University with a degree in Gastronomy and culinary Arts. Agnieszka Tokarz

Graduated Master of Dietetics. She likes to call herself a "culinary nutritionist" because food is her big passion and she's really crazy about it. She started her adventure experimenting in the kitchen and learning food from scratch while still in college, when she left for Porto, Portugal.

She then enrolled in a program funded by the European Union, which allowed her to learn the ins and outs of the dietitian profession in any location of her choice in Europe. The choice fell on Rome. It was there that she prepared diets, conducted dietary consultations and culinary classes. She also regularly visited Italian restaurants, working with chefs to improve their menu for health.

Trained in this way, she returned to Poland, where she took a job in the catering company Nice to Fit You, with which she has been associated for five years. Michał Łoziński

While studying at the 1st year of the Szczecin Polytechnic University, the economic and financial situation in his family home prompted him to take on a job-by design, light and unrelated to science. However, as it turned out later, it was this work that had a real impact on his entire life. He took his first professional steps in Szczecin's most famous music club, Rocker Clubie, as a bar midfielder with zero experience, and then was promoted to the position of bartender. Later, he worked in Kolobrzeg, where he was introduced to a different type of bar work, only to soon receive an offer from Baila Club, the music club of the Radisson hotel chain, and work there as a deputy manager. Then he was appointed manager of gastronomy at Cafe 22 in Szczecin – and that was just the beginning... he became an ambassador for prestigious brands in one of the three largest alcohol distribution companies in the world — Diageo.

In 2009, when he was less than 27 years old, he started his own company, soon to change the perception of alcohol consumption and fulfill the mission: to raise the culture of alcohol consumption in Poland. He started with a consulting service during the opening of a cocktail bar in the Manufaktura shopping center in Lodz. Two months of intensive work, which was successfully completed, resulted in an investment of more than 6 million zlotys in the center of Warsaw.
