Head of Marketing at the largest food hall in Poland: Food Town at the Norblin factory and independent concepts at the Norblin Factory in Warsaw as m.in Let's Nibble Sharing Concept, Bibi's Cafe & Bar and the newest speakeasy Bar on the map of the capital: Donkey Shoe. The unique Kinogram cinema joins its portfolio of projects, and also begins work on 2 new projects created at the Norblin factory: a dedicated Event Hall, as well as a catering company.
She gained her experience in the most famous Warsaw concepts, such as m.in AIOLI Cantine Bar Cafe Deli, where she was also responsible for expanding the brand to new markets (m.in. Gdansk and Katowice), the Warsaw group, where her portfolio included such concepts as lilac singing, Warsaw Powisle, Velez, or the already defunct Dawn, as well as Belaya-eat and drink. She also contributed to the Dlaseniora food project, which raised over one million zlotys for food for the elderly in Warsaw during the pandemic. Then she prepared for the opening of the world's first Robert Lewandowski restaurant-NINE's Restaurant&SportsBar, and also conducted independent consulting activities for many Polish restaurateurs who manage both individual restaurants and restaurant chains.
