He has gained experience in Warsaw restaurants, the Food Lab Studio, and internships in Poland, Denmark, and Italy.
He completed an engineering degree in gastronomy and hotel management at the Main School of Agriculture in Warsaw. Currently, he is also a member of the group of consultants and employers at the Institute of Human Nutrition Sciences and the Faculty of Human Nutrition Sciences.
In private:

- likes to grow vegetables and fruits - together with his family he is engaged in a small plot near Warsaw,
