Usually prepared from meat, although in the vegetable version it is equally delicious! It's about carpaccio. Today we throw up a recipe for a fragrant tomato carpaccio. With onions, fresh basil, rich pecorino romano cheese and olive oil, it's perfect as a snack on summer days!

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 large tomatoes (we have raspberries)
- a handful of fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 red onion
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 30-40 g sera Pecorino Romano
- pepper and salt to taste
Preparation:
1. Pour the tomato carpaccio on a plate with 3 tablespoons of olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
2. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices and place on a plate.
3. Chop the red onion and fresh basil, then mix them with 3 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper.
4. Pour the prepared mixture over the sliced tomatoes.
5. Top it all with fresh grated pecorino romano cheese. Enjoy your meal!
