On October 13, 2022, the studio from Kitchen hosted an event in conjunction with the grand premiere of the Food and Design platform. Its leitmotif was three main trends in nutrition, identified by experts who spoke as part of the first e-book published by the project called "Yana". Food of the future / food of the future. Trendbook 2023-2030.
Thus, the tables are equipped with edible insects, comfortable food in a modern design and eco-friendly solutions that evoke memories of home cooking. One of the project partners was responsible for both preparing the "food of the future" and serving the bartender/waiter of the event – Deli Catering.
On stage, nearby Magdi is Tiny - General Director of the Agency from kitchen, studio from kitchen and creator of the Food and Design project, became Mateusz Kulik – journalist of the Czwórka Polish Radio and author of a culinary program No kidding.
Among the invited guests were, first of all, specialists gathered around the Food and Design expert team, representatives of the project partners, as well as influential people and journalists from the food sector.
