The first Food Working industry meeting of the new year is approaching. On February 15, in the studio, some experts will be confronted with the topic of trends that are waiting for the Polish HoReCa market in the coming months. Find out how to participate in a free industry meeting!
At the event, selected experts associated with the HoReCa industry will discuss the changes and trends that await the market in 2024. The discussion panel additionally precedes the presentations of selected experts.
Among the participants of the VI Food Working meeting were m.in.:
- Aleksandra Dojnikowska - co-owner of 3 gastronomic concepts: Bułkę przez Bibułkę, Pollypizza NEOpolitan oraz BAKEN.
- Arkadiusz Domurad - Head coach of Lavazza & Orbico with 14 years of experience.
- Kinga Rylska – Head of Marketing Food Town in Fabryka Norblina.
- Maciej Jarmoliński – Country Sales Manager Uber Eats.
- Inderjit Manota – Executive Chef Warsaw Marriott Hotel.
During the meeting, the following events will also take place: new e-book premiere created in collaboration with respected Polish experts. The topic of the publication, as well as the industry meeting, is related to trends in the HoReCa market. Food Working meeting participants will be able to get free access to the e-book. Others will be able to purchase the publication at a price of 29 zlotys.
The meeting will take place on Thursday, February 15, 2024, something in the studio, in Warsaw Prague on Grochowska St., 278 Loc. 303, near the district office. The event will last from 18: 00 to approx. 21: 00.
We invite to participate in the event both those who are professionally connected with the HoReCa industry, and those who are passionate about the topic of food, who want to gain knowledge about the development of the market.
