Club Bakery Voda / Bydgoszcz
This is the first club in Poland where you can experience something more besides delicious bread. In the evening, the restaurant turns into a club, offering a wide selection of glasses of Polish wine and pints of craft beer. This dual characteristic is perfectly reflected in the interior, designed by the famous Wroclaw studio We Know each Other and architect Pavel Tatar. The interior is a combination of strong cobalt and a warm orange hue, which symbolize the harmonious combination of two energies-day and night, as well as water and sun.

Adam Sheet-waterproof bio-textile made from apple waste
Studio founder Shotaro Oshima and his team created an earthy-colored bio-textile using apple pomace extracted from Japan's Aomori Prefecture, one of the country's leading apple production areas.

Baltica is the first and only wine series in Poland, aged at the bottom of the Baltic Sea
A unique selection of labels from the Dworzno vineyard, most suitable for bottle aging, was sunk in the Bay of Gdansk. Wine bottles were thrown to a depth of 20 m in a special cage, where they were kept for 18 months in ideal conditions-at a constant, low temperature, appropriate pressure and without access to ultraviolet light.
These conditions, along with the low salinity of the water, allowed the wine to develop noble tertiary aromas such as smoke, leather, dry spices and dried fruits, while maintaining the fruity freshness and emphasizing the refined minerality typical of Masovian wines.
