In 2018, in collaboration with the Lublin Voivodeship, he created a cookbook called "Lublin Cuisine", which won the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development's Cup for the best publication on local and regional cuisines in Poland for 2018. In 2019, he published a publication called "Polesie Cuisine", which was the result of the implementation of culinary workshops promoting the culinary heritage of the inhabitants of the Lublin Polesie. Passionately cooks, shares knowledge and experience-conducts professional courses and trainings, master classes and cooking shows throughout the country. He collaborates with Miele as a chef, hosting events for clients. Conducts trainings and professional exams for chefs, advises culinary programs, advises m.in. to local authorities, institutions and entrepreneurs of the HoReCa industry. In 2011, he won the contest "tastes of Lublin region", preparing a dish based on the oldest Polish cookbook" Compendium Ferculorum " 1682.
