At the foot of the Wawel, above the Vistula River itself, a unique breakfast room-Kroma-was formed. Its menu is simple and seasonal, but don't let that bother you. It serves very interesting combinations that will delight even the most demanding gourmets. On festival plates, guests will find a decent slice of the perfect sourdough bread in two options to choose from-with pumpkin paste, roasted beetroot, fried halloumi and basil, or with buttery scrambled eggs, sauteed egg yolks and fried tomatoes. You can enjoy these goodies with a cup of aromatic coffee or a glass of fruit cocktail while admiring the view outside the window. For those who have not been – breakfast
The trip should be combined with a visit to Wawel.
Nadezhda-Poznań
Zwierzyniecka 3/1 in Poznań is a paradise for vegan breakfast lovers. Hopefully, during the festival, you'll find completely plant-based offerings that will delight more than just fans of this diet. Examples? Homemade Hala with chocolate mousse, fresh cranberries and sea buckthorn or organic egg omelette with fried Hokkaido pumpkin and tahini sauce,
and organic bread baking with whipped butter. In addition to fine and refined plant-based cuisine, we find an unusual design here. Beautiful interiors are filled with a subtle, muted color scheme. There is no shortage of details, which we owe to the uniqueness of the entire composition. We recommend that you stop by during the festival, relax with a coffee and enjoy the perfect morning.
Sova Restaurant-Szczecin
This is a unique restaurant that has been serving the residents of Szczecin for years with fine Mediterranean cuisine and seasonal dishes. If you've only ever looked at 17 Troika Polski Alley for lunch or dinner, we suggest you go there for breakfast as well! During BreakfastWeek, you'll eat there m.in homemade chickpea bun
and curry, with roasted pepper pesto with Amber and cashew cheese. There is also a meat version with breaded black pudding, onion marmalade and onion mayonnaise made with your own hands. In addition, aromatic coffee and fruit cocktail. Sounds like a good start to the day?

Mundo food & people-Katowice
Do you want to go to sunny Argentina? If so, be sure to check out BreakfastWeek and visit Mundo food & people in Katowice. The restaurant is open to flavors from all over the world, and the owners are inspired by South American cuisine, where street food reigns supreme. The breakfast served here is sure to indulge your tastes
and they will make you come back. Be enchanted by one of the two versions of the menu.
Of course, no one will go hungry after eating French toast-brulee with pears cooked in cider, fried butter ice cream and spicy spices. Also of note is the so-called breakfast arepas. These are soft, flavorful corn fritters filled with three types of toppings-creamy scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese and vegetable mangaliki, or pasta
with avocado.
Mezalians-Gdansk
Among the historic streets of Gdansk, on the Holy Ghost Street, is the Mezalians restaurant. This is a place that takes the traditional flavors of Polish cuisine to a whole new level. From October 8, as part of BreakfastWeek, you will be able to try excellent breakfasts here, m.in bulgur with quinoa, guacamole, roasted pumpkin and lettuce or hala with teriyaki chicken, lettuce, pickled mustard, onions and jerusalem artichoke chips. Meistersztyk-Wroclaw
This is a cozy ice cream parlor located at 21 St. Anthony Street. The modern decor and quite a few delicious and sweet temptations just invite you to visit this place during your BreakfastWeek. The menu is a memory of the holiday, a fresh tomato with fried halloumi made from serotonin Wrocław, drizzled with almond spinach pesto and served on a croissant baked in a waffle iron. For those who prefer sweet breakfasts, we recommend that you try the caramelized gray reneta with vanilla mousse and apricot jam on a croissant. The madness!
Laba-Warsaw
Would you like some waffles? Apparently, the best ones are self-made at home. But the waffles served during BreakfastWeek at the metropolitan lab definitely give rise to lies in this belief. This is where thick waffles are baked and served with many inventive fillings. Although they are a certain size, they remain very light and crisp.
From October 8, we will eat them in two versions-sweet and salty. For breakfast cereals lovers, we recommend the Belgian waffle with crispy chicken, mayonnaise, hazelnuts, pochet egg and Chili bean honey sauce. Sweet offer - waffles with homemade ricotta with lemon, strawberry jam, lavender, pistachio praline and fresh fruit! Fingers licking!
