Lublin-Outdoor Grill
This is one of the most interesting offers in Lublin. Just in time for a date, a meeting with friends, or a family dinner. Despite a short internship in the Lublin culinary scene, the outdoor grill already boasts a good reputation! What the restaurant has prepared for its debut edition of RestaurantWeekⓇ? Among the appetizers we have a choice: buckwheat pancake with smoked salmon, herring roe and smoked sour cream, or shortbread pate with pork shoulder, bacon, liver and plum. Main dishes include canelloni with pumpkin, spinach and tomato sauce or chicken drumstick in anchovy sauce. Dessert in both versions is chocoflan, that is, chocolate cookies, flan and apple. That sounds promising!
