Tim Hortons x Adidas Samba
Canadian cafe chain Tim Hortons announced on Instagram that on the occasion of National Donut Day, celebrated on the first Friday of June, it will partner with Adidas to distribute four custom Samba shoes inspired by donuts! The color scheme was designed by Canadian designer Jack Nguyen and matches the popular doughnut flavors: vanilla, Boston cream, honey crumb, and double chocolate.

Rice of glory
The problem with advertising rice is that they all offer the same white grain, and there is no way to stand out. The Super Extra Rice company decided to make the contest directly from the movie Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, that is, to give customers something unique in several copies. More specifically, rice grains hand-painted by Sri Lankan microartist Dayananda. They were placed in more than 300,000 black boxes to prevent the contents from being viewed. Rewards for finding this microtech include cruises, airline tickets, smartphones, trips to the Galapagos Islands, laptops, TVs, and smartwatches.

Coffee of the year 2050
A study published in the journal PLOS ONE predicts that by 2050, half of the current land suitable for growing Arabica coffee will no longer be suitable. In response to concerns about the future of coffee, teki Design decided to create 2050 Coffee, a self-service establishment with a minimalist design where customers come and learn about the future of coffee. This initiative aims to draw attention to the challenges that the coffee industry will face in the coming decades.

Multifunctional pet furniture designed for small apartments
The goal of this project is to improve the comfort of life of animals and their owners in compact apartments. Prototypes of multi-functional pet furniture, hosted by Colin Chee, creative director of the YouTube channel Never Too Small, were unveiled at Melbourne Design Week 2024. The design idea came about when Chee noticed that almost new pet furniture is often thrown away because it is bulky and inflexible. One of the most interesting projects is Kitty Kabin by Australian designer Matt Reynolds-a cat tower that can serve as a laptop table.

Somersault in the middle of the park
Salto Bar opened its doors on Saturday, May 18, replacing the former cultural pavilion in Warsaw. On opening day, crowds of locals gathered to sample pizza, New York bagels, artisan ice cream, coffee, tea, and fruit cocktails. The new interior recalls the atmosphere of the neighboring colony Zholiborsky Gardens and the design of Galina Skibnevskaya. Located in the center of the park, the room is characterized by simplicity and Scandinavian minimalism. The Jolibor Gardens Park is teeming with life again!

Noriko Omakase-exclusive sushi bar in Warsaw
Noriko Omakase is an 8-seat sushi bar that represents the Yōroppa sushi style in the form of Omakase, which means that the client indulges in the creative vision of the chef, trusting him to guide them through their culinary journeys and deliver an unforgettable experience. The small Omakase includes 11 items on the tasting menu, while the large Omakase includes about 16 items.
