The second stage of the Food Working cycle! On Thursday, January 26, 2023, a discussion panel was held in the Warsaw Studio Od kuchni, during which experts exchanged opinions and experiences related to inflation, which affects us today, and functioning in the premium market. A post-pandemic rebound or a burgeoning luxury goods market are slogans that (paradoxically) we are facing an era of persistently high inflation and economic crisis. That is why we asked its representatives about the state and future of the premium sector in the food industry during the expert debate within the Food Working cycle.
The group includes specialists from the marketing industry and HoReCa, most of whom belong to the Food and Design team. Among them were:
- Antoine Azaïs – Director of the Project Warszawa;
- Agata Latanowicz - Marketing Strategy Specialist, Lidl Poland;
- Mateusz Tryjanowski – Head of Marketing & E-commerce, HAYB;
- Marcin Vavlen – Country Manager, Restaurant Club.
Two of them – Mateusz Trijanovski and Agata Latanovic-also made short speeches.
The meeting was held by project-related people Mateusz Kulik – a Radio four journalist, and Magda Malutko – creator of the Food and Design project and CEO of a creative agency Od kuchni
