Last Thursday, March 30, the third meeting of the Food Working series took place! As always, in the Warsaw studio from the kitchen, we met with outstanding experts and discussed interesting and important topics for us, of course, related to food. The main topic this time was marketing. See all the photo reports from the industry meeting!
Product personalization, audience activation, or environmental awareness are some of the several trends used by brands in the food sector. Thanks to them, in a crisis-ridden world, companies are seeing sales growth? Experts ' opinions were divided, and they included:

- Agnieszka Szydziak, Marketing Specialist Vorwerk Poland;
- Ursula Seder, Trade Marketing Manager SLODKIE;
- Pavel Tolstaya, co-owner of V4B and initiators of the Grube Rozmowy channel on YT.
Two of them – Agnieszka Nasmeshiak and Ursula Seder-also made short speeches. The meeting was held by project-related people Mateusz Kulik – a Radio four journalist, and Magda Malutko – creator of the Food and Design project and CEO of a creative agency Od kuchni
As I monitor the needs of our audience and what's going on in the marketplace in general, I think the most important trend is storytelling. But not about unfulfilled stories, and a story that puts people first and brings them together – Ewa Pawella, Head of Marketing Foodsi.
A restaurant is the kind of business that many people dream of. At first glance, it seems easy to managebecause we go to a restaurant and think that since chicken costs five zlotys and the restaurant sells it for 35 zlotys, this should be a vital interest ( ... ), however, this is very, very wrong thinking, and most restaurants operate for a profit of 5-10% of turnover-Pavel Tolstykh, co-owner of V4B and initiators of the fat conversations channel on YT.
Three years ago, we introduced compostable films and eco-friendly packaging to our product range. In Poland, one question arose: how much does it cost? While foreign customers asked what the film was made of. Even for the latter, the price barrier was sometimes insurmountable. Three years later, we can say with relief that our domestic customers are increasingly concerned about this product being environmentally friendly – Urszula Seder, Trade Marketing Manager SLODKIE.
The sales that we do, i.e. direct sales, a lot of processes focus on how the customer will meet the product, what kind of experience will accompany them when they invite a sales representative to their home – Agnieszka Mockery, Marketing specialist Vorwerk Poland.
