We got it! The Red Michelin Guide has once again singled out our country! This time, stars were awarded to three new establishments, and as many as nine new restaurants received the Bib Gourmand symbol. For the first time, the world's most famous culinary guide includes restaurants from and around Gdansk, Sopot and Gdynia. Pomorskie thus joined Warsaw, Krakow, and Poznań, strengthening Poland's position in the Red Guidebook.
The Michelin Poland guide includes 77 restaurants, including three new establishments that have been awarded a Michelin star for the first time. Poland's food scene has received a big boost this year with nine new Bib Gourmand honours restaurants, more than doubling the number of such establishments in the country. However, this is not the end of the good news, as the guide now also includes Poland's first restaurant with a green Michelin star.
