At first glance, this is one of the simplest recipes, but each culture has its own idea – and it closes its favorite flavors in the dough and filling.
Dumplings are most often ordered at lunchtime (between 12 and 14). As a rule, we crave them right after the weekend – we prefer to choose this dish on Mondays and Tuesdays. One Warsaw resident apparently thinks it's good to eat dumplings every day. Within a year, he ordered them up to 354 times!

And where to find the most dumpling lovers? In Mazovia! And although the inhabitants of this region most like them in Poland, already every tenth dumpling order placed there contains oriental dumplings (12%), and about the same amount – samosa (9%). Many "dumplings" also live in Lower Silesia and Lesser Poland. Silesians also appreciate Far Eastern tastes (approx. 11% of orders), but they are also more willing to choose khinkali with delicious broth (10%). The biggest traditionalists are residents of Malopolski-up to 83% of orders for dumplings fall on dishes according to the Polish recipe.
