Food Working is a series of industry meetings organized as part of the Food and Design project. During the events, experts from different fields who are united by the theme of food will discuss changes, trends and development of the food sector in Poland and around the world.
Already on November 24 at 18.00 in the studio from the kitchen at 12 Chodakowska Street in Warsaw, the first meeting called. People buy with their eyes. We have proof! Presentation of the report "Visual communication in the food industry and HoReCa and purchasing decisions for Poles".
Repeated meetings where we discuss the current market situation with industry experts, as well as look at trends and changes - this is what was missing in the Polish food Design environment. I am glad that we managed to create a project where we not only exchange opinions, but also get to know and consolidate the industry! I hope that we will face a lot of positive changes that will affect the professionalization of the Polish market. The first meeting dedicated to consumer purchasing decisions will be complemented by a premiere presentation of the report obtained from the consumer research, which was commissioned by the agency from the kitchen by the ARC market and Opinion research agency. Industry meeting participants will be the first to get access to the full report Visual communication in the food industry and HoReCa and purchasing decisions for Poles, in which m.in. topics:
- influence of packaging appearance on food purchases,
- factors affecting a guest ordering a meal in a restaurant,
- new trends in nutrition.
The event invites both people who are professionally involved in visual communication of food brands, and amateurs who want to deepen their knowledge on this topic. Participation in the meeting is free of charge, but pre-registration is required. The number of seats is limited!
