Out of respect for food, I've never used car oil as chocolate or white paint instead of yogurt. It's too good to replace with anything else. Food can be compared to an actor who admittedly needs makeup and a good suit, but even without that, he's still a good actor.

The food costume can be a beautiful, attractive dish, and make-up-certain technical procedures that will help to prolong its freshness. The time spent on set is sometimes up to a dozen hours, and my "actor" still needs to look good... fresh. This concern for his appearance is my job, my job, and a relentless adventure.

I am a food stylist, which means both taking care of a beautiful composition and being able to use the technical procedures that photographic and film photography requires.

Filip Sadowski

Graduated from Olsztyn Warmian-Masurian University with a degree in Gastronomy and culinary Arts. Shortly after college, he moved to Scotland and began working as a cook at Balmoral Castle, the royal family's summer residence. After moving to Warsaw, he joined The Alchemist-Gastropub, where he was responsible for co-creating menus, developing recipes, managing a team of chefs, and social media. It was there that his adventure with photography and food styling began.

Also involved in food technology, he started working in the R & D department of the Highly Recommended network. There he created recipes for new sandwiches, lunch dishes or pizzerias... and, by the way, he photographed and managed the brand's social networks. For many years, it has been associated with the advertising and manufacturing industries. Creating a TV ad, she learned what hard work is and knew how to manage people. Irmina Vahna-Sosin

Co-owner of Three Buddies Brewery, she is responsible for the brand image and strategic development of the brewery. She came up with the name Pan Ipani, one of the most recognizable craft beers in Poland. Graduated m.in Postgraduate course in Food Design at the ASP in Lodz. Previously, it was associated for 10 years with the training and consulting industry.

Agnieszka Tokarz

Graduated Master of Dietetics. She likes to call herself a "culinary nutritionist" because food is her big passion and she's really crazy about it. She started her adventure experimenting in the kitchen and learning food from scratch while still in college, when she left for Porto, Portugal.

She then enrolled in a program funded by the European Union, which allowed her to learn the ins and outs of the dietitian profession in any location of her choice in Europe. The choice fell on Rome. It was there that she prepared diets, conducted dietary consultations and culinary classes. She also regularly visited Italian restaurants, working with chefs to improve their menu for health.

Trained in this way, she returned to Poland, where she took a job in the catering company Nice to Fit You, with which she has been associated for five years. She quickly developed a creative approach , both in creating new dishes and in the whole menu, thanks to which today she already manages the entire range of NTFY products.

Privately, aha is a true foodie-no new eatery escapes her notice. Her work, which is also a great passion, leads to an excellent knowledge of industry trends and consumer decisions - including from the point of view of health.

Marcin Przybysz

Currently, he conducts photo shoots for the market's leading food and diet brands, and teaches culinary photography courses for individuals and businesses (restaurants, cafes, small businesses). While studying at the 1st year of the Szczecin Polytechnic University, the economic and financial situation in his family home prompted him to take on a job-by design, light and unrelated to science. He took his first professional steps in Szczecin's most famous music club, Rocker Clubie, as a bar midfielder with zero experience, and then was promoted to the position of bartender. Later, he worked in Kolobrzeg, where he was introduced to a different type of bar work, only to soon receive an offer from Baila Club, the music club of the Radisson hotel chain, and work there as a deputy manager. Then he was appointed manager of gastronomy at Cafe 22 in Szczecin – and that was just the beginning... he became an ambassador for prestigious brands in one of the three largest alcohol distribution companies in the world — Diageo.

In 2009, when he was less than 27 years old, he started his own company, soon to change the perception of alcohol consumption and fulfill the mission: to raise the culture of alcohol consumption in Poland.
